We are excited to release our very first vintage of Estate Sparkling Rosé. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes for this wine were all estate grown and hand-harvested. The wine spent 14 months en tirage (resting in contact with the lees) before being riddled by hand and then disgorged. This wine is dedicated with love to our daughter Ella Rae.
