This vintage sparkling brut wine is dedicated with love to Tim Slater’s youngest daughter, Madeline Juliette.
Hand-made with grapes from a single, exceptional year from our estate Chardonnay (67%) and Pinot Noir (33%), this wine was bottled in-house and aged for 3 years on the lees. Each bottle was mixed quarterly by Winemaker Jonathan, then hand-riddled before disgorging.
